Translation costs  are calculated by page. Conventionally, a page corresponds to 1500 keystrokes divided in 25 lines, approximately 250 words. The effective cost depends on some factors: source and target languages, complexity and type of translation (commercial, technical, scientific…), delivery times, format of the translation (word, pdf, html, paper…).

Interpretation costs are calculated by day. Conventionally, a day is 7 work hours. Some other elements also influence interpretation costs: source and target languages, type of interpretation (conference, liaison, simultaneous, consecutive, whispered), complexity and type of terminology of the speech to interpret (commercial, technical, scientific…), and any expenses for the interpreter’s transportation, meals and lodging.

For an accurate quote, send us the original document to translate or a detailed description of interpretations to perform. We will respond free and without obligation in the shortest time.

Once the quote is confirmed by written or by phone, you will receive the order confirmation to be signed and re-sent. In the order confirmation, the cost and the delivery time will be clearly mentioned.

The prices quoted in the order confirmation are net, excluding VAT  and do not include the shipment of documents in paper form or other material.

The delivery time is always the one quoted in the order confirmation. If the order is particularly urgent we recommend to specify that delivery must be imperative.

Before sending the translation the relative invoice will be issued and transmitted. The payment must be done through bank transfer on the bank account reported on the invoice. Other types of payment (bank cheques, cash, delayed payment) can be agreed during the phase of the order acceptance.

If necessary and requested, the translator will sign a standard agreement on the confidentiality of the information treated.
